The Sales Call Activity Report selection criteria has been improved to include the following (will be live some time tomorrow):

1) Ability to search for calls with items of a specific status (Sale, No Sale, etc), with sub selection to show all items on the call, or only items with selected status.

2) Ability to search for calls with items with specific no sale reasons, with sub selection to show all items on the call, or only items with selected no sale reasons.

3) Added a sub selection to the Category filter to show all items on the call, or only the items within the selected categories.

John at Concept will be most interested in items 1 and 3.
