RE: STP - Contact Us Reasons (SCRUM Id: 1287)

 

STP Contact Us Reasons are now client configurable via the Library Lookup Manager Tool.   Note, if no Reasons have been set up, the first time the Contact Us page is launched, two default reasons will be created automatically (Question & Suggestion).  In addition to defining the reason names, you can now define an email address to be associated with  each reason.  The default reason emails will be based on the current standard of: portalname-contact-us@systemmessage.com <mailto:portalname-contact-us@systemmessage.com>

 

Once reasons have been set up in the Lookup Manager, they will appear in the Reason drop-down.   Selecting a reason will then direct the email accordingly.   Our FSE internal Customer Success Managers will also be blind-copied (bcc) on all emails (bro-contact-us@system-message.com or mfr-contact-us@system-message.com).
