This application uses a set of standard tables to afford the ability to tag business entities
with boolean attributes.

Use the cfmod_appAttributeLinks.cfm to build an attributes page.  See Survey Manager (M85) 
surveyattributes.cfm for a usage example.  The tables; tbl_SVY_Categories, tbl_SVY_Attributes, 
and tbl_SVY_AttributeLinks can be used as templates for a new attributeDomain (i.e. SVY)
