12/06/06 - JM: PPI Broker locater was rewritten to take advantage
of standard broker locater logic, based on territory manager
data.  No longer uses the group powered "Market Channel" logic.  Is 
now hard coded to foodservice only.

Have kept the market channel web service in place for imarlin,
but we ignore the value.
