fseMobileMaps2.js was made as a direct copy of fseMobileMaps.js strictly for the purpose of dealing with caching.  even
though there is a version number url variable in the url for this file, it was hanging onto the old file no matter what
I tried.  this can be switched back to the original and the copy deleted after a week or so.
