When a line was fully processed the sales call is created and any of the NOT-BUYING products are added to the sales call. Fully processed lines may have other issues that did not prevent them from being enrolled in an initiative, i.e. an unknown SKU for example.

Lines that were NOT fully processed were NOT enrolled in an initiative and a sales call was not created or updated.
